The COPE Center helps disabled people who were harmed by bombing in Laos by offering them free equipment or prosthesis. There you can learn more about the history of the Vietnam War through some short movies and historical documents in the exhibition rooms. 3. MandaLao Elephant Conservation, Luang Prabang

Thanks to its warm temperatures and dry weather, October is a good time to visit the MandaLao Elephant Conservation in Luang Prabang.
